When I called to get my estimate heidi was so polite and charming I felt like I was talking to someone I am comfortable with but with a professional feel. Then she arrived with her staff the day of service asked my preference and walked me through her process. I left let her do her thing come back they weren’t done yet but the place was smelling so clean, it took me back to when my mother used to clean our house. Bucks Pro Clean Solutions is by far the best cleaning service I've ever hired. After going through four other cleaning services I went online and found Bucks Pro Clean. I remember talking to Heidi asking her about getting an estimate and her questions, and level of professionalism was very impressive. I made an appointment so she can come out to our facility for a walk through and let me just say that I was shocked when I saw her looking and explaining what they did and how they did it. Right then and there I knew I found the right company. When they came out and cleaned the first time the difference was night and day. I can't say enough good things about Heidi and her team! First of all, Heidi is not only responsive, but ensures communication throughout scheduling weekly cleanings. Her team is very attentive to detail. I oversee a class A property in the affluent area of Doylestown, PA. We need our community top notch with cleanings and it is to be expected. I am so glad we extended our budget to go with them because they are worth every penny! Be cautious of cheap cleaning quotes, because with commercial cleaning, you get what you pay for. I no longer worry if my property will be cleaned or if something will be missed, they do everything that is requested of them. Heidi and her team at BPC are fantastic. I manage 20 apartment buildings in West Philly and we’ve been using them for well over a year now for turnover apartment cleaning. Easy and flexible scheduling, and they send in a whole crew to get the job done quickly but also thoroughly. Much more thorough and better at cleaning other areas of the apartment that some other companies miss, like windows, cabinet tops, medicine cabinets, etc. On the rare occasion where they might miss something, Heidi will quickly send someone back and get the situation resolved.
